Welcome to Petal & Pride Botanicals ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, membership, community, products, and services (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and members.

"Quiet Coven Membership" refers to our monthly subscription providing access to community features, Herby AI, premium recipes, the self-care suite, and the personal library.

"Content" includes all text, images, recipes, herb profiles, journals, comments, and other material published on or through the Services.

"Member" refers to any person who holds an active Quiet Coven Membership subscription.

The Quiet Coven Membership is billed monthly at $9.99 AUD through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains until that date.

We reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be informed of any price changes before they take effect.

Membership benefits, including early-access recipes and community features, may change over time as the platform evolves.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. Persistent payment failures may result in suspension of membership access until payment is resolved.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

You retain ownership of content you post to the community (journal entries, comments, reflections). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce that content within the Services.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.

We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or community guidelines, and may revoke access for repeated breaches.

Exclusive community prompts reserved for higher tiers (Bloomkeeper and above) must not be redistributed outside the platform.

Information about herbs, recipes, and wellness provided through the Services is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal remedies, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

Herby AI provides general botanical guidance and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical advice.

We do not guarantee any specific health outcome from using our content or products.

Product sales are fulfilled through our Shopify store. Pricing, availability, shipping, and returns for physical products are governed by the Shopify store terms and our store policies.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately but cannot guarantee that every detail is free from error.

Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to physical products and cannot be excluded.

All site content, branding, recipes, herb profiles, and designs created by Petal & Pride Botanicals are our intellectual property or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Member-generated early-access and premium content is for personal use and must not be shared publicly during early-access periods.

We collect personal information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you register or subscribe, and billing details processed by Stripe.

We use this information to provide and improve the Services, process payments, send membership communications, and deliver seasonal content and reminders.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (such as Stripe and our email platform) solely to operate the Services, under confidentiality obligations.

Loyalty and engagement data (such as petals, tier progress, mood check-ins, and ritual logs) is linked to your account to personalise your experience and community standing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@petalandpride.com.au.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations under Australian privacy law.

If you reside in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles govern the handling of your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used.

Analytics tools help us improve content and features. These tools may collect anonymous usage data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months, or to resupplying the Services, at our option.

You may close your account or cancel your membership at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though certain provisions (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any material changes to these Terms by notice on the Services or via email.
